Deana Carter ~ Did I Shave My Legs For This? ~ Review #54

Summer is officially here and no better time than to have some great summer tunes at the pool, bbq, or whatever it is you have going…

Deana really brought passion with this one, it’s such a feel good album in all the rite ways, songs of love and of course songs of lost, mixed with a bit of happiness and partying in there as well, I can’t say she sounds like anyone as she has her own sound, all I know is I love the direction she took with it, definitely worth giving a listen if your  looking for something to just relax to on sunny day…

  1. You have a wide diverse taste in music. Interesting. Do you pick your music by your mood, or do you normally listen to the same sound with the occasional break for something different. Hugs

    • Hey friend great question for me it’s more of a desire based sorta thing, some people wake up and smoke a cigarette or have a cup of coffee, more often than not I wake up to a song, I don’t stay in any particular genre too as it gets boring to me…

I’m glad you mentioned this as it reminds me I was nominated for one of those music challenge things a while back, but I’ve been terribly lazy and haven’t gotten to it yet, I think the challenge will explain a bit more of how I came to be so deverse and what sound means to me and everything…

Aside from that I hope all is well and your feeling good summer is here, remember to make time to enjoy it ๐Ÿ”†

      • Thanks Cory. I will make it. Health took a dip a couple weeks ago again. Nothing that can’t be fixed. Of course waiting for my hip surgery June 21. After recovery it is hoped some of the issues will stabilize for a while. ๐Ÿ™‚ That is why I have been hit or miss lately with so many posts. But like you said, summer is here and the birds do sing. Hugs
